Gift service type and length are fixed, the session cannot be changed to a different format or split across different dates.

Couples sessions are scheduled one after the other, not at the same time, and a friend may take your partner’s place if needed.

If the gift will not be used, simply forward the gift email to someone else right away so they can enjoy it.

If the gift needs to be transferred after you have already booked it, we will need to update the name, email, phone, or location on the Pre Paid Voucher Service. Please email info@massavinci.com or call to adjust the booking.
