Vouchers are nonrefundable and transferrable. Service type and length cannot be changed after purchase.(ie: a couples massage cannot be changed to two individual sessions.) Expiration dates of June 6, 2026 are shown at checkout and in the email you forward. Reminder emails will go directly to the recipient so the gift doesn’t go unused.

TRANSFERS

If the original recipient cannot or does not want to use the gift, they can simply forward the gift email to someone else. If they’ve already booked an appointment and want to change the name, email, phone, or location of the Pre-Paid Voucher Service, they must email info@massavinci.com or call us so we can update the booking. Extra time may be added at the appointment for $3 per minute, paid directly to the therapist on site.
