A confirmation and invoice will be sent via email. Payment is due upon receipt. Cancellations made prior to course access being given will be credited toward a future class for someone from your agency. Cancellations made after access to the course has been given will not be credited or refunded. A substitute may be sent if no progress in the course has been made. Registrations that are cancelled before payment is received will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee per person.
